Job Summary

The candidate will be responsible to onboard 5-7 merchants in a day. Incentives will be huge on a performance basis. Bike/Smartphone and documents are a must. Company will be providing 15k assets, against that candidates need to either submit 10th Class Marksheet or 15k Blank Cheque.

• Use of various sales methods (door-to-door, merchants on-boarding)
• Develop new sales strategies and models
• Evaluate sales strategies' effectiveness
• Evaluate customers needs
• Build long-lasting merchant relationships
• Meet personal and team sales targets
• Attend the meeting, sales events, and training 
• Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
• Manage your client database within your assigned territory
