Job Purpose 

 • To drive business through Channel Partners branch staff and distribution network.

Job Description

• To generate leads through activities and use enablers for lead generation 

• To have minimum of 3 new customer meetings in a day 

• To provide after sales service and do upselling with the existing customers 

• To ensure 100% branch staff activation every quarter 

• To train and skill partner staff on need based selling and product sales pitch 

• To ensure 100% of branches with Min of 2-3 SP license holders and support them with the same to drive business target achievements 

Key Performance Indicators 

• Monthly MWPI Target Achievements (issuance) = 100% 

• Branch Activation > 60% 

• 13th Month Persistency > 80% 

• NOP Target Vs Achievements

Job Requirements 

Qualifications : Graduate/Post Graduate in Any Discipline 

Experience : 1-2 years of relevant sales experience in Insurance (Preferably in Banca)

CTC Offered: 2.4 Lacs to 3.6 Lacs Based on the Experience & Metro or Non Metro Location.
