Team Handling and building the team.
you have to recruit the life insurance advisors/agents through your social network.
You have to train them for the product knowledge of life insurance plans.
You have to recruit minimum of 8 life insurance agents in 6 months.

Required Candidate profile

Any Sales background is preferable.

10 ,+2 , +3yrs of formal education, Minimum 2 years of any sales experience.
10 , +2yrs of formal education, candidates should be from Life Insurance background, 2+yrs of Insurance sales experience.
Two wheeler is must.
